Sounds like an outfake to me. Just take the track Butcher and make the drums sound wishy/washy... then overdub a bunch of misc chaotic sounds over it. Voila! Instead "new Killing Joke" outtake.

You know, considering I haven't been near the UK for 40 years, I need to have a blank filled in; what exactly was Rockshow..? Conceptually, I probably already know but specifically please...

This outtake provides a fascinating insight into the Joke’s creative process at the time… it just needed a bit of tidying up and polishing to reveal the gem that was somewhat obscured.
